Partnering Information

The official partnering platform for IO360° is Meeting Mojo/Event Nest, a 1:1 meeting scheduler. The scheduler can be accessed through your desktop or mobile device, making it easy to interact in real-time and stay on top of your meeting requests. Partnering meetings begin in person on Tuesday, February 27th, and are available through Thursday, February 29th.

Important Dates
February 6th the platform will open for account set-up
February 22nd the system will open for partnering

Setting Up Your Profile:​​​​​​​

You will receive an email on February 6th that the platform is available to create your profile. As a registered attendee, you automatically become a part of the Meeting Mojo/Event Nest IO360° Community. However, you need to take a few more steps. 

1. Log into your profile at https://io3602024.meeting-mojo.com/ with your email address as your username.
2. After logging in and the Meeting Mojo/Event Nest platform has opened, you will receive, via email, a welcome letter and a separate email with an automatically generated password** to set up your account. Please check your SPAM folder as it may have landed there.
3. Go to your calendar in the system and set up the times you are available to meet. This must be done to ensure mutual meeting times can be found.
4. Enter as much information about your company and you in your profile as you can to ensure relevant meetings can happen.

Scheduling Meetings:

You will receive a notification via email on February 22nd that the system is open for partnering. Here are the steps to request meetings:

1. Login to the system with your user name and password. (If you lost your password, you can request a new one via the password reset link on the Event Nest website: https://io3602024.meeting-mojo.com/)
2. Click ‘Book Meeting’ and a message will be sent to your meeting target asking them to respond to your request. 
3. The attendee may accept, decline or ask for a different meeting time.

a. If they accept, the confirmation will go to your Meeting Mojo calendar and a table will be assigned for the meeting.
b. If they decline, you can send a message inquiring as to a different way to connect.
c. If they ask to reschedule, you will need to send a new meeting request with the new time requested or suggest another.

Attendees are planning their schedules. Please be sure to accept, decline or reschedule any meeting requests. Please try not to ignore messages and check your SPAM as emails do sometimes land there.

Partnering times are as follows and all meetings are 20 minutes.

• 1:00pm – 1:20pm
• 1:20pm-1:40pm
• 3:20pm – 3:40pm
• 6:00pm-6:20pm

Day Two, Wednesday, February 28th:
• 7:40am – 8:00am
• 9:40am – 10:00am
• 10:00am – 10:20am
• 12:40pm – 1:00pm
• 1:00pm – 1:20pm
• 3:20pm – 3:40pm
• 3:40pm – 4:00pm

Day Three, Thursday, February 29th:
• 8:20am – 8:40am
• 12:20pm – 12:40pm
• 12:40pm – 1:00pm
